La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich - designed by Philippe Starck - opened its doors at the beginning of January 2020. The completely redesigned hotel interprets luxury hotels in a unique, chic, modern way. With trendy gastronomy concepts, a lifestyle ambience and a cosmopolitan character, La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich is a meeting place for all connoisseurs from all over the world.
Butler Training
In order to continually improve the quality of service, the hotel management decided to invest in professional butler training for the La Réserve team.
The Swiss Butler Service was commissioned to create a customized training program tailored to the needs of a boutique hotel.
To ensure the greatest possible learning success, small groups of eight employees each were trained on different days. This made it possible to address the different competency levels individually and also to protect operations.
Trainer Stefan chose an interactive approach that takes the participants' experiences into account.
The focus was on customized care for international clientele, dealing with VIPs, service excellence, unpacking and packing suitcases, and professional shoe care.
